Hotel/Venue
Booking: Clients are responsible for booking their own venue, hotel, or Airbnb. You must be checked in prior to our arrival. We suggest you leave our names with the hotel reception desk to grant access. For Airbnb/homes please have entry code/key available.
Parking Fees: Please note client is responsible for parking/valet fees charged by hotel/venue. If parking isn't available near your location, we will have to utilize valet services.
Hotel Cleaning: Please note the hotel may charge a cleaning fee. We do offer next day cleaning services for an additional $125.00. Please note this service must be booked in advance. This service is completed 1 & 1/2 hour prior to check out time. We suggest you call the front desk in the morning inquiring for late check out if possible.
High ceilings: Please note that, due to the high ceilings, additional helium may be required, which may incur an adjustment to the final price.
Travel Fee: Please note there may be an additional charge for hotels/venues 20 miles out of our range. Exact amount will be given at time of booking service.
Duration
Timing: Please allow for a 2–3 hour installation window for our design team to bring your vision to life. Please schedule accordingly so this may not affect your arrival time.
Privacy: To ensure the highest quality, efficiency, and a perfect reveal, our design team requires a private workspace during the setup process.
Payments & Refunds
Retainer: To finalize your booking, we require a 50% retainer fee to secure your date and service, which is nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before the service date. Please be advised that failure to provide remaining balance within time frame may result in cancellation of our services provided and the 50% retainer will be forfeited.

Cancellations/Refunds: We understand that plans can change. Regarding our cancellation policy, the retainer fee paid is non-refundable as it secures your date and covers initial booking efforts. However, if your booking was prepaid in full, that amount can be credited toward a future service, provided the new date rescheduled within two months of the original scheduled date. If you choose not to reschedule within this timeframe, we will refund the amount paid, less the 50% non-refundable retainer.
